Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta/Duluth/Gwinnett

The location was perfect for us. The breakfast served gave us enough options to carry us into the day. The waffles were our favorite part of the breakfast. I really enjoyed the lemon waffles and could have loved to have those verses two days of cinnamon waffles. Hospitality team including housekeeping were pleasant. It was quiet never heard any noise outside our room or next door.

The location and the configuration of our suite/rooms and that you had charging outlets in the room.

Right from the jump, I liked how they had their carts accessible at the entrance. Staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast waffles flavors were different like Cinnabon or maple. The rooms were clean and I saw one of the hospitality staff members truly cleaning the rooms and putting effort into what they were doing.

The staff at this hotel is extremely helpful. When we checked in we found that we had made reservations for the wrong day. The receptionist was very helpful and courteous. We made the reservation through booking.com and they charged us for the cancellation. When we contacted Gregory, the manager, he was very considerate and solved our problem to our great satisfaction. We'd be very happy to stay at this facility again, it was clean, comfortable and has an excellent staff.
